How do I download and install the TPay app?
Via Our Website:
• Visit our website and click on the download buttons available for both Android and iOS.
• You’ll be redirected to the respective app store for your device.
• Download the app and follow the installation instructions.
Directly from Your App Store:
• For iOS, open the Apple App Store, search for “TPAY” and download the app.
• For Android, open the Google Play Store, search for “TPAY” and download the app.
How do I register TPay account?
1. Download the app from either Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Install and open the app.
3. Select your preferred language to use the app.
4. Enter your phone number to register.
5. Click “I Agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy” button.
6. Enter your email to send One Time Passwords (OTPs) verify your identity securely during the registration process, and to recover your wallet account by allowing you to reset your password or regain access to your account if needed.
7. Then enter OTP code which is sent to your email to verify.
8. Select ID Type – NRC or Passport from the drop-down list.
9. If NRC is selected, upload front and back side of NRC card, enter your full name, date of birth and NRC number.
10. If Passport is selected, upload Passport photo, select country/region, then enter full name, date of birth and Passport No.
11. Start the face scan to ensure the security of your wallet account and funds, verify your identity through facial recognition.
12. Create PIN and then you can start using the TPay app.
13. Or you can visit any TPay agent to help you register for TPay account.

How do I access all TPay services?
Please visit your nearest authorized TPay agent to validate your NRC, and they’ll guide you through the process of getting started. Or if you complete your registration on your own, please allow up to 48 hours for us to verify your submitted details. Once verified, you can unlock full access to TPay services by upgrading to account level 2.
Which mobile numbers are eligible for registration on the TPay app?
Mobile numbers from MPT, Telenor, Ooredoo, and MyTel are eligible for TPay registration; MEC mobile numbers, however, are not supported.
